Mr. Itward

For those who've had the pleasure of playing Fran Bow or watching your favorite LP play through the game
than you are well aware of the dapper Mr. Itward.

I like to think of him as Frans guardian angel. c:

I thought the scene where Mr. Itward is reading Fran a story was really sweet and I wanted to try and recreate that moment.

"I will always take care of you my dear" - Mr. Itward

Mr. Itward was created using different types of fabrics.
His skeletal figure, as well as some of the small details in his suit, was made using polymer clay.

Fran Bow Plush-Doll

Fran Bow, a recently released Indie game created by Killmonday Games.  It's a tale of a young girl named Fran who is on a journey to find her way home.   What makes this game so intriguingly beautiful is the dark yet whimsical style that is experienced throughout the game.  Natalia Figueroa and Isak Martinsson are the two creative minds that worked on Fran Bow for the past 3 years to bring this game to life.
I just finished the game this morning and I have to say I loved it!  Of course the selfish part of me was sad when it ended because I wanted more.  I was pulled in by the story and captivated by the art style.  Definitely give Fran Bow a go and even if you are not sure if this game is for you, there is a free demo available so why not give it a shot.  Links will be provided at the end of post as well as a link to find out more information about the game.

    And now...
time for pics!

Special Minecraft Plushie

My eldest daughter turned another year older earlier this week and to celebrate we opened a Minecraft account of her very own.  Of course a plushie was already in the works.  :D

The Meeting - Our plushies meet for the first time

She is a little taller than me.  Which is going to be pretty accurate in real life pretty soon.

8-Bit Heart Plush

It's dangerous to go alone! Take this!

Well it might not be a sword offered to you by an old wise man or one made out of diamonds but you know this will come in handy.

For when you need an extra life or just something soft and cuddly to cuddle with as you replenish your energy.

I'm very happy the way this turned out.  Makes a great decor pillow and fits right in with my little geeky home.

Materials used to make: I used a combination of minky fabric and felt

Kirby Plushie

My little one loves playing Kirby on her Nintendo DS.  I thought, with her birthday approaching (which is today), she would love a Kirby of her very own.

Though I stayed up all night to finish him it was well worth it to see her face light up this morning.

The materials I used:
Pink minky fabric that was part of my daughters crib set.  The bumper part to be exact.  The facial features were hand sewn and red minky fabric.

Bonnie Plush

This post contains *SPOILERS*  ::Proceed with Caution::

Recreated the camera features (filters, fonts, shapes etc) in Photoshop.
Barely Creative   Five Nights at Freddy's 3 was a really anticipated indie horror game that was released on March 2 of 2015.  This would be the final installment to the game that would hopefully answer many questions that left fans wanting more of the story.   Whether you played the game for yourself or watched your favorite LP, we saw the story unravel the part of the truth of what really happened to those 5 children. We still have that one unanswered question, leaving us still asking who is the purple guy?  Well we know he was responsible for the death of at least of one of the children as demonstrated through one of the mini games in FNAF 2.  I think its safe to say that he was responsible for the other 4.  But who was he really?  Was he the Phone Guy?  The Security Guard?  A former employee?  Maybe it's all part of the mystery to leave the audience something to piece together for themselves.  Is this really the last FNAF game or will there be one more?   Only time will tell, either way I loved it for what it was and the story is what definitely pulled me in wanting more.   Scott Cawthon did an excellent job and I cannot wait to see what else, FNAF related or not, he puts out next.

I created a background kind of set to make Bonnie feel more at home.

Materials used for Bonnie: Felt, Purple Suede, Fabric & Paint markers, Polymer clay
Background set: Bristol Board. paper, acrylic paint and markers

Foxy: Five Nights at Freddy's

Well, It was bound to happen.  Since I already made Freddy and Chica and now Foxy I guess I should eventually make Bonnie.  Perhaps even Golden Freddy?
In clay or plushie form?  Hmmm decisions decisions.
